The Empowering Young Black Men Initiative is a signature program of the Servants of All Foundation and the Zeta Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., designed to provide mentorship, guidance, and academic enrichment to young men as they prepare for success in school, college, and life.
In partnership with Monmouth University, Long Branch High School, and Neptune High School, the initiative connects students with dedicated mentors, faculty, and community leaders who help cultivate skills in leadership, academic achievement, and character development. The program emphasizes tutoring support, college readiness, career exploration, and life skills training, while fostering a strong sense of brotherhood and cultural pride.
Through consistent engagement and encouragement, the Empowering Young Black Men Initiative equips participants with the tools, resources, and confidence needed to excel in high school and transition successfully to higher education and beyond.
