SAT Preparation and College Preparation
Virtual SAT Prep Class
The Servants of All Foundation and the Zeta Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., in partnership with the Plainfield Grassroots CDC, are committed to supporting students on their path to college success. Our Virtual SAT Prep Class is designed to help students improve their test-taking skills, boost confidence, and maximize their SAT scores.
Program Highlights:
- Schedule: Saturdays, September 20 – November 15
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Virtual)
- Led by: Alpha Scholars providing proven strategies and expert guidance
- Special Workshop: College Application Workshop on Friday, September 26, 7:00–9:00 PM
Scholarships Available – Students are encouraged to apply early.

Founded in 2004, the Plainfield Grassroots Community Development Corporation (CDC) is dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities in Plainfield and beyond. Through educational programming, leadership development, and community engagement initiatives, the CDC creates opportunities that inspire growth, resilience, and long-term success.
Our mission is to equip young people with the tools they need to excel academically and socially while strengthening families and fostering safe, thriving neighborhoods. From academic support programs and mentoring to health, wellness, and civic engagement initiatives, Plainfield Grassroots CDC serves as a trusted partner in building stronger communities.
By working collaboratively with schools, local organizations, and regional partners, the CDC continues to make a meaningful impact—one student, one family, and one neighborhood at a time.
